Elegant hotel, but serious maintenance...

Liked: The hotel is stylish and well located, with a beautiful lobby and friendly staff.
Disliked: My room experienced multiple power outages during my stay. I had to use my phone flashlight to go to the bathroom at night, and I wasn’t able to boil water for my baby. To make matters worse, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. These issues made the experience very stressful and disappointing, especially when traveling with a small child.Additionally, the room cleaning was very poor — they left trash behind, including spilled baby formula powder, which clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. This is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel and raises serious concerns about hygiene and attention to detail.

Liked: Location, staff, hamman
Disliked: Hot tub water wasn’t hot, it kept tuning off so sensors need to be for longer.

A modern boutique hotel, good...

Liked: Location, nice modern deco and the room is very new. Good space of the bathroom, and when enter into the room. Good value for money for a small boutique hotel with a pool and spa.
Disliked: The pool floor is quite wet
