Disliked: Advertising Breakfast in the morning no Breakfast no cooking Untensil"s or silverware will never book at Mainstay Again Love Greenspring Station in Williamsburg the Best

Liked: the customer service was great
Disliked: the room needed updating, and the pool was broken and no breakfast.

Liked: The room was big and spacious.
Disliked: Well as soon as you walk in the door the sink to the bathroom is right there the door to the bathroom can be seen from the door. The air conditioner did not work very well. No reception on the TV. And when I booked it it said it had a pool and the pool room was filled with furniture and mattresses. Just overall was not a pleasant experience and will not be staying again.

Air conditioning was non functional.....

Liked: It was disgusted I wouldn't prefer to nobody it was dirty it was nasty it was water spots everywhere underneath the microwave where the stove is there's a picture of the grease that was so compact on there it was disgusting I wouldn't prefer anybody to go to this hotel I would like for somebody to get back with me because I did not stay at this hotel and I was charged for it so we need to get my refund back to me

Liked: Advertised as breakfast included. No breakfast at all.Carpet sticky, toilet seats falling off. Lighting extremely poor.Kitchen equipped with only 2 mugs and one plateCurtains torn, decor in serious need of redoing.

Liked: Front desk lady was nice. I liked my room because it was quiet and had a kitchen. I like that they had a ramp because I am disabled.
Disliked: This property needs a makeover/remodel.
