Liked: The staff was excellent!! I had a special needs child with me that was having a hard time and the front desk lady was so kind and understanding when we were checking in.
Disliked: Everything was clean but the carpets could use a good wash. They were a little sticky.

Exceptional

I am almost 50 yrs...

Liked: There was nothing to like. The smell of musty stale smoke hit you in the face as you opened the door and the smell permeated the all the linens in the room as well. The refrigerator in the room was hotter than the oven, the chair had a hole in it the size of a grapefruit that was poorly covered in duct tape, the tv remote did not operate the tv, the fan on the 1970’s model ac unit only ran for about 10 seconds every hour so the room never would cool and then after my shower I was trying to dry my hair but the GFI outlet wasn’t working so I attempted to press the reset button and a spring and part of the button fell out so I was unable to get ready in the bathroom so I had to try to do my hair and makeup with my compact mirror using the outlet in the kitchen. When we stopped by the desk to let them know about all the things wrong with the room, the attendant stated “ well that room has been shut down for a quite while so that’s probably why” . Are you serious right now? That is all he said, so all we could do is politely just walk away.
