Liked: Location was fine. Property was clean and had a working elevator as well as luggage carts. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Although comfy, one side of the bed was super close to the wall. I had to scale the wall every time I got out of bed. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The free wifi kept freezing/buffering/disconnecting. A hostess frosted chocolate cupcake with creamy filling is NOT breakfast.

Does not give incidentals fee...

Disliked: I called the hotel about getting my $100 incidentals fee back, as I left the room in the exact condition I had arrived in it as, I have not received the incidentals fee back and when I called the hotel about it, they confirmed that I should get the fee back as the room was in fine conidtion, but they told me to talk to my bank and that there was nothing more they could do for me.
