My overall stat was good.
Liked: The property was clean & the staff were nice.
Disliked: The price for one night was too much for my liking.

Disappointing
Liked: I paid for a room with a loft and I never got to stay in it when i arrived at the hotel. Plus I wasn't refunded for it either when I ended up staying in a standard room.

Liked: Dirty fridge and bed skirt. Also no one at front counter after 10 to help me get in my room after I was locked out! I had to get a hotel for the night elsewhere because no one was there to help me get back in my room
Disliked: Dirty room and no body at counter after certain time at night

Friendly Staff with Unpleasant and...
Liked: Only thing I liked was the helpfulness of staff and their above and beyond attitude. Although my stay was very unpleasant the staff where quick to react and kind. They were very sympathetic. I appreciate that. Thank you lots.
Disliked: For starters when I arrived the room didn't seem as what I had reserved for but I guess it was although I. Not quite sure. On the mainstay suites website and booking.com the it was listed the hotel had a indoor/ outdoor pool, and hottube amongst other amenities that they actually didn't have. I was very disappointed because I promised my Birthday boy and his friend they would be able to go swimming. Besides that upon entering room we discovered there was no blankets or enough linen to accommodate us and there was non In the office either so we had to strip bed in order to have extra covers after during that we notices the bed cover was filthy it had stains all over it and it was pretty gross. In addition the was no mattress for the pull out sofa bed so I had to sleep on the floor with a baby and no blankets. It was uncomfortable and horrible. To top it off the television in the room did not work at all. The kids and I had to wait till next morning to get it fixed after being told there where no other rooms available ☹️. So we had to look at our phones for entertainment. After getting wifi access the internet was very slow and unsatisfying. Half of thr put let's did not work in the room for charging phones so we had to take turns using a few outlets. After being there a couple days it was time for checkout. I was told I would get a refund and an additional refund after they made a call to another staff member to verify it. Then they would give me a call back to confirm refund amount. However I never received a call about the situation. It felt like I was forgotten.
