A horror

Liked: No breakfast it was absolutely terrible room and disgusting no ac exposed wires dirty sheets bugs and shit stains on the towels
Disliked: Worst experience ever absolutely disgusting place

It was a satisfactory place...

Liked: The room was clean. The bed and pillows were fine, and the TV with lots of station choices worked well. The ice machine was close by and worked fine.
Disliked: There was no breakfast provided, and no chair in the room. There was considerable noise in the hallway until about 10 pm.The pool was closed, and the elevators are out of service.

I was there to see...

Liked: The location and they did get us a 1st floor room.
Disliked: Everything could have been better. In the room: The TV didn't work, the telephone didn't work, the floors was dirty. There wasn't a breakfast, the pool wasn't working, the elevators didn't work. I would never stay at this motel again!!

Liked: The location was nice and close to where I was going each day, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also really attentive and friendly. They were overbooked, so they upgraded me to what was classified as a better room, but were very nice when explaining the issue.
Disliked: My room was very dirty. As soon as I walked in there was a cockroach, and I was met with a strong cigarette smoke smell. The silverware was surrounded by mouse droppings and right by a mouse trap. The light next to my bed also didn’t work, and many surfaces were sticky. I have a video of the light but it won’t let me attach it. Lastly, even though they did upgrade me to a king room, I got up early and packed up all my stuff because I was told I was gonna be switching rooms on the last day, but he told me that I didn’t have to after the fact.

Liked: Hotel/ motel isn't what it claims to be ,no pool ,no elevator and rooms half clean .
Disliked: I didn't like anything false advertisement

Disliked: They requested 100 dollar cash deposit that I did not have and did not read anywhere that it was required so they would not give me a room and then they have a no cancellation policy seems to me a pretty good scheme to steal peoples money I would not advise anyone to stay there
