Very good

Absolutely will not stay anywhere...

Liked: The Staff is ALWAYS friendly and the location is close to many of the places we normally go to back home.
Disliked: Nothing. Zero complaints

We were only there one...

Liked: It is centrally located
Disliked: Our room didn’t appear to be super clean. We found hair in the bathroom, and in the kitchen area. There was no soap, lotion, etc. not even any hand soap.

Liked: Rooms were large and bed was super cozy
Disliked: Air conditioner

Poor

Liked: That staff. Alex was very helpful and patient.
Disliked: The air conditioning made a loud sound every time it shut off. The cupboards are broken, and the beds are uncomfortable. The key pads on 3 of the rooms did not work. I'm just disappointed

Liked: The front desk lady that I checked in with was extremely helpful and personable. Everything was clean, ac worked, bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
