My stay was very good...

Liked: My room was very clean comfortable roomy better than I expected. The staff at the front was extremely nice.
Disliked: The handicap room the bathtub is not accessible for someone who has mobility issues. And the handicap parking is very limited and not near the front door of the building

Liked: Well lit and convenient for traveling to the places we needed to go. Lots of parking. It was nice to have a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was large and well-lit. The A/C unit worked well. Staff at the front desk were always friendly and ready t
Disliked: The hallways and common areas had a strong odor (stale, sour, damp, dogs, fish), and even though cleaning staff were constantly in the hallways/cleaning rooms, the floors were always littered with crumbs and debris. There was no vent fan in the bathroom so it always felt a bit damp in there.

Pleasant

Liked: Personal was good and responsive, big free car park, comfortable bed, good kitchen and good spacious fridge and freezer, good air conditioning.
Disliked: Bad smell in corridors due to pets, bad smell in bathroom and then in bedroom due to sewer issues, poor maintenance of the building, pool wasn't that pleasant and clean, common areas couldn't be used after 9 pm, window in bedroom didn't open because it had an appliance preventing it.

Shocking to the point of...

Liked: The front staff was AMAZING!!! I can't say enough how kind, sweet, and genuinely caring she was! This issue was 100% the building.
Disliked: . The ceiling in the bathroom collapsed around midnight, the kitchen sink was not attached, there were stains everywhere, the bathroom sink did not drain, the hallways smelled like we were walking into a weed dispensary, and the overall feel of the room was gross. We bought air freshener and Lysol wipes to clean it the best we could. If we didn't have a sick child and a sleeping spouse from driving since 4am, we would've left and tried to find something else. We were too tired to leave at midnight. We left promptly in the morning. Literally the most awful place I've ever set foot in.

I would like my refund...
