We will not be back....

Liked: It was close to MTSU and the day and evening staff were excellent.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. 2 queen beds were clean sofa bed had no sheets or pillow cases. We had fortunately brought our own stuff. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and false eyelashes on a shelf in the room. We went to use silverware and it was nasty and coated with some green substance like someone used it and just put it back in the drawer. Our room smelled bad like someone had been smoking something in the room. We never received any clean towel and housekeeping never straightened our room. The guy that was at the desk when we checked in didn’t understand English and didn’t know what he was doing.

Do not book this hotel.

Liked: The only thing I like about the property is that it was t far from my relative house.
Disliked: When I got to the room at 10 pm that night to check in they had already charged my card for one night. I chose the option to pay at the property. The card I had on file wasn’t the card I was going to pay for the two rooms that I had rented. The lady at the front desk claim booking.com didnt put that on the messages. I guess they thought I was slow because I asked her if they didn’t put that in the messages why did they only charge me for one night stay instead of both nights. They assumed I wasn’t going to show up so they charged my card for one night stay, which is in there contract. The next day I went to the front desk to ask another manager about it and she tried to fix the mishap from the credit card that I didn’t want to use and put it on another one and she screeed things up also. On the second day my air went out in my room and I went to the front desk to let them know and the guy was getting smart with me about it. There were flying cockroaches all in the main lobby laying on the floor. And my room had to queen beds with a sofa bed. The sofa bed had all kinds of stains on them. I’m waiting on them to credit $303 dollars back to my card which they haven’t done

Disliked: First room wasn't clean. Hairs all in the shower. Gave us another room. Not much better.light bulbs missing from 2 light fixtures. Microwave dirty. The grass was knee deep.
