Liked: Front desk clerk was friendly
Disliked: Originally booked a one bedroom suite but was given a king studio. I was highly upset about that because we had kids with but your front desk clerk made everything ok, eventhough we didn't get the room we booked.

Liked: Check in. Room was nice.
Disliked: Tried calling for extra pillows, couldn't get through. Breakfast very sad.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice! The hotel was easy to get to. Check in and out was a breeze. You could smell how clean everything was when you walked in! We got a room with a small kitchen area. Cannot explain how happy I was to see dishes, pots and pans! Could have used another set of silverware (there was only enough for one person). But I was very excited!
Disliked: The breakfast needs some love. Same breakfast both mornings we were there. Egg omelet was hard. Some sausage was undercooked.

Liked: The room was clean and very well kept. The staff were all very friendly.
Disliked: My only issue would be the lack of creamer for the coffee in the morning. Not everyone like hazelnut flavored creamer or milk in their coffee.
