Convenient airport shuttle but awful...

Liked: The hotel has a reliable airport shuttle. The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: The climate control unit rattled. The window was unlatched and the latch broken. The wind whistled through the crack. I hardly slept. The shuttle driver did not offer to help me (older lady) with my suitcase.

Convenient for those needing a...

Liked: The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. And we were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel while we were traveling.
Disliked: We accidentally got charged twice for the room (once through booking, and once through the hotel), but they fixed everything promptly.

Liked: Spacious room. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Lights in bedroom didn't work properly. Heating system is goofy. Needs more counter space in bathroom. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

Disliked: Didnt have no hot water that night

Liked: It was great at first.
Disliked: They advertise they offer shuttle services to and from the airport. I arrived at 4:09 and called for a shuttle at 4:29. I did not get picked up from the airport until 6:05. Very disappointed.

Liked: Room very roomie and comfortable. 4 adults in our party, so Room had plenty of space. Kitchenette in room made it great for keeping food items cool, and able to make coffee in the room.
Disliked: Cleaning and construction was happening in the room above us at the time when we were going to bed, which was at 1130 p.mUsually Cleaning and working are meant for daylight hours, but this activity occurred at night.It lasted through the night into early morning. No warning that it was going to take place.
