Liked: The property exceeded my met my expectations. I liked the utensils because I brought my own food and it made me easy to eat comfortably

Extremely Dirty

Liked: The price and convenient location
Disliked: The room was filthy dirty. Holes in walls. Curtains had stains all over them. There was a contact lens on the bathroom sink. So that tells me it was never cleaned before we arrived. The door wouldn't lock. Had to prop a chair against it at night. Night front desk clerk very rude. Limited you on the amount of towels you could use and the room and blankets smelled very musky.

Pleasant

Liked: This is our second year staying here. Plenty of room, staff available 24/7, quiet, generally clean. Multiple dog areas outside so that you can keep dogs at a distance if needed. Extremely accommodating for service dogs as well. Coffee and gift shop available 24/7 as well. The full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, oven/stove, microwave, dishes are all available.
Disliked: When we first got there we didnt notice any issues. We ran to the store, came back, and realized ALL dishes and utensils were completely dirty. The oven was zip tied shut, there was toast left in the toaster, and the drawer on the dishwasher was broken, and there was no microwave. Then after we did dinner, we went to shower and realized there was no shower curtain. So we had to walk over and get one from the desk, we also had to get the bedding for the sofa bed from them. Next morning we went to use the bigger burner on the stove and discovered it wasnt working and only 1 of the 4 burners worked. The manager wasnt in until the day we checked out.

Comfortable, well priced for space,...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. The two bedroom suite was spacious for 3-4 guests to stay comfortably.
Disliked: It is in need of basic repair and up keep.

Bad

Overall decent but the upkeep...

Liked: Close to work and the staff is super nice at the counter.
Disliked: The fridge didn’t work and the ceiling had a leak as well.
