Very poor

Liked: The room was large and nice with an dishwasher
Disliked: Twice employees walked into my room with their key. The wifi was terrible. I could not get new towels because they only let you once a week.

Liked: The problem is they have about 25 tv channels and i guess they have a satellite system which means you will not receive many channels or Wi-Fi that actually works during good or bad weather. I had room 119 which was right beside the laundromat/vending machines and office area,it was quite noisy with conversation from the hallway. In 2025 Wi-Fi and TV shouldnt be a problem 18 miles from the center of Louisville and i understand the bad weather.

Passable

Liked: The beds were horrible. No house cleaning but 1 day a week. (You can go to the office and get what you needed) the rooms were clean but you can tell it is an extended stay. People were playing music loudly and keep their door open to the room. The staff was always friendly when you seen them.
