MainStay Suites Knoxville North I-75

Great room at a great price. The room was great all together. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that there was a full kitchen. Anytime I stay anywhere there's always take home food and nowhere to keep it cold, so I loved that there was a fridge. The bathroom wasn't a bad size. I loved that I could bring my pet as well. And the staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Liked: The suite was roomy with lots of space location was goo right off the expressway.
Disliked: Wish there would have had handicap handles in the tub

Dirty damp smelly room

Liked: The location was perfect for me having come in from an international flight of 17 hours including connecting flight to Knoxville. Check in was quick and staff were very friendly and efficient
Disliked: The room had a damp musty smell and I immediately saw how dirty the kitchen was. As I showered I noticed hair and dirt in the bathroom. I checked the bed was clean and just went to sleep as exhausted. In the morning light I realised just how dirty the room was. I was so shocked and really not happy as I paid a lot of money to stay there. I didn’t eat breakfast as it put me off so I packed my bag and went next door to Crackerbarrel and paid out more money
