Disliked: Smelled horrible; strong cat urine smell; seemed to be out of everything; and they do NOT HONOR online booking prices

Liked: Location and photos online that were nothing like when we arrived
Disliked: Roaches crawling on the walls in bathroom and by kitchen and the bed. TV didn’t work , the shower head was broken, and there was only a sheet on the bed - couldn’t get a blanket until the next day

Condemn the building

Disliked: The cockroaches in the room. I was so disgusted that I put all my stuff back into the truck and I just slept in my truck

Not going to stay again

Liked: Location was good, not much noise, easy access to get in. Keys worked.
Disliked: Cockroachs everywhere, TV didn't work, no phone to call desk. Not clean dirt everywhere. No comforter on bed

Liked: The staff was really nice. The room was clean. The shower was clean.
Disliked: The blankets on the beds were really thin. Like an extra sheet. I think blankets need to be thicker.

Bad experience

Disliked: Room was dirty, could tell it wasn’t swept or anything. Our bed only had a flat sheet on top and when we called to ask for blankets we were hung up on. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.
