Lady at the desk was very nice and informative about the surrounding area.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Close to the Joliet Memorial Stadium, restaurants and concert.
Disliked: Front desk workers were less than friendly; room had a musty smell to it; breakfast was disappointing.

Why must Hotel rooms be lit like dungeons? They place a work desk in the room but it is too dark to comfortably work unless the sun is up and curtains are open.

Liked: Low price, good location, clean, good breakfast
Disliked: Poor lighting and short on towels. Came back at 5 PM one day of a three day stay and my room had not had maid service

Disliked: Hotel stunk and smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling

Great for a day!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and kind process was quick. Location is perfect. We were only 10 minutes away from the theater. The room was bigger than expected.
Disliked: It was all perfect, but we felt like the shower could’ve used another cleaning. There were soap comes on the drain and like dirt look on the shower floor.
