Location is great customer service...

Liked: The location, the size room and bathroom very spacious. Gives timeshare vibes.
Disliked: The sheets had a ton of hair on the first night. We requested new sheets. When picking up the new sheets we asked what time was breakfast and the attendant said oh we don't serve breakfast. My wife said oh our reservation says breakfast included. The attendant said no it doesn’t. This was a natural disappointment because how are you going to tell us what our receipt says without looking at it. We booked based on the fact that there was breakfast included. We were told they give juice and muffins which was plenty, said the attendant. The floors were dirty and had not been swept. When we complained they said oh we only clean once a week. Also asked why were didn’t want to move. The fear is all rooms are the same. Every towel received also had hair on them. Towels were not brought to the room, the front desk had them and if you needed them you had to pick them up and give your used towels back. Trash in the hallway because it is an extended stay and people live there. Housekeeping wasn’t doing much keeping. The elevator was dirty, the lobby dirty and the lobby restroom was dirty. The pool was broken 3 of the 4 days we were there. The last day we were there the jacuzzi was still broken. The manager’s manager (Kate which is how she introduced herself) told us it cost to keep maintenance up as if folks stay for free. She also explained that this was a cheaper hotel! Mainstay Suites has always been a nice hotel, this was is independently owned. Lock in the room was broken, blinds were dirty as well. Overall this was a very poor experience. Only given them some point because of location. Horrible experience.

Flop house

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: This was an uncomfortable mix of characters that were obviously living and not just staying here. Had a petite woman with two strong aggressive breed dogs run into my daughters walking into the building. Luckily she was able to pull them back before they could get to the kids. The door also would not close/lock well. Woke up with the door open and latched only by the top slide safety lock, creepy...

Disliked: To toilet seat was broke

Liked: Location. Everything else that we liked about this place was horrible!!!
Disliked: Asked for first floor due to arthritis in knees, didn't happen was on second floor. Elevator was out. Room temperature was way too hot. AC would not get room cooled. AC was leaking water on floor. We were uncomfortable ALL night!! Sheet on couch was dirty. Toilet seat is loose, on with one bolt and moves around a lot. The pan in drawer was greasy and dirty. Inside the drawer was dirty. And if these efficiency rooms are geared toward family then why is there only one drinking glass two coffee cups two plates there should be at least a set of four of everything. No frying pan. And the only reason we came back to this hotel was because when we were here before the experience was absolutely wonderful this time it was an absolute disaster, very disappointed in you guys! When I spoke Thursday or Friday before the stay whoever answered the phone was rude not helpful and didn't seem to want to answer any of my questions. The hot tub was not working it was cold as hell! That was one of the things that we really enjoyed last time we were here. Myself and the other people that were in the pool room all agreed that this was one of the worst experiences that we've had at this place.
