Very good

Liked: Great location. Liked having a full refrigerator in suite since we were on our way to Yellowstone and had food with us.
Disliked: The odor in the room from the previous occupant. We opened the door and it smelled like fried food. The smell never went away and staff pretty much shrugged it off.

Great location staff was nice...

Liked: The rooms were great and very clean but he pool was not very clean looking the water was extremely cloudy
Disliked: The breakfast was so-so. We tried to get extra pillows for our kids who were on the pull out Sofa and they never had enough pillows for the 4 of us staying in the room! All we got were the 3 that came on the king size bed

Ok value for money, but...

Liked: The room was clean and had a nice size room and bathroom. Great shower with excellent water pressure. .
Disliked: The outside is very tired looking and the staff were not very friendly, unless the manager was present.

Worst hotel ever don't stay...

Disliked: I booked a king room paid in advance. Got my room, take from me but no one ever contacted me about it. The bathroom was disgusting. It was not cleaned. There was hair in the bedroom on the new sheets. Supposedly I went downstairs. I had to get new linen so I could sleep in a clean bed. They claim that since I booked through booking, it was booking's fault. That they oversold the king room that I paid for advance, which we all know is a lie. I'll never stay with them again disgusting bathtub bathroom the cookup part is when I came in to check into my room. They said that I came in a good time because an hour before I chipped in, they had a line out the door and they had no clean rooms so I would never stay there again. It's a waste of me time. and my money and when I asked about the bath of it being dirty, they said that oh, their schedule for renovations next month. All you have to do is clean. Throw some d*** bleach in the bathtub, and it will be cleaned. And sterile, the bathtub was so disgusting, didn't even shower, I went downstairs and got new clean linens and i change my own bed. Just so I could stay the night and sleep in clean sheets. Since getting another hotel was gonna cost about $280. Worst place ever don't stay there. Waste your time, waste your money.They blame the third party booking oversold, the king room, that i i paid in advanceI i got stuck in a two queens, instead of the king room that I paid for in advance and blame the third partywhich is booking.com. worst place ever. Don't stay
