Very Uncomfortable... stressful

Liked: The staffing and management were very professional and nice and apologetic
Disliked: My room door was very hard to get in...once inside it was roach infested I brought food and wasn't able to cook so I had to spend extra money that I didn't have... room had a AC unit on floor told by management that it would keep cool by the end of the day I needed 2 fans and it was still hot throughout the night my guest left because it was uncomfortable the roaches was horrible...very uncomfortable couldn't rest I checked out around 7:00am

Liked: I have been trying to get a refund from this property for almost a month now for a reservation that they did not honor but took my money. This has been the worst experience with both this hotel and booking.com. All I want is my money back for a stay that never happened.

It was Short and sweet....

Liked: It’s located near everything that is convenient. It’s not too far from what you need such as restaurants, shopping stores, or fun amenities like Kemah Boardwalk!
Disliked: It’s not that I didn’t like, but was a little cautious for it being tucked away in the corner, however, it really was a nice stay.

Liked: Every two months I have to travel and I have stayed at this location several times. There has been little issues for every visit but things I have always chopped up to that specific room. No hot water, no ac. But the biggest thing as of late has been the infestation of roaches. Every time a light was turned on I would have to kill a few.
Disliked: The staff is always friendly and help where they can.

Liked: I liked that it was separate rooms and it had a kitchenette.
Disliked: I didn't like that it's basically ran by teenagers and the manager was never there to handle the problems that we had with our room. We got a room for 5 nights and the first night we were there the toilet ended up leaking water all over the floor and out to the carpet. We told them the next morning and they said they would get someone out, 6 hours later I had to complain again and they finally got maintenance to come fix the toilet but that's all he did. So we had to stay in a room with wet, smelly carpet!!! Because they were full! Then when I finally did talk to a manager she said she could only give me 5% of each night back on my card, which only came out to be $13 dollars total!!!!
