Satisfied stay but a few...

Liked: We used most of the amenities, clean pool, work out room had multiple machines and weights. Full size fridge and cooking units were helpful to not have to eat out constantly. The room and building were cool and comfortable even when it was 95 outside
Disliked: The bed was hard and uncomfortable, they didn't have the games or cards available to borrow that they displayed that they did. There is a smell throughout the halls....But it comes from everyone cooking in their own rooms. The room did not have enough kitchen utensils. We purchased our own mixing bowl and plastic utensils because there were only 2 forks and a butter knife available. The measuring cup was cracked. Room was clean but there was a "dirty handprint" on the outside of the bathroom door, and the 1st floor button in the elevator looked gross.

Great price but awfully disappointed

Liked: The staff was friendly, the pool area was clean and nice...
Disliked: To start my stay we got in early and asked if we could check in early if the room was ready and was told I could but I would have to pay $40 to check in early which I did because we flew in over night and we're exhausted. The room was less than clean, the breakfast was definitely lacking no waffle batter , ran out of sausage gravy, the juice machine was syrup only, the snack/convenience store had no prices and the gal at the desk arbitrarily charged $18 for 2 hot pockets 2 cups of Mac and cheese and 2 bags of chips....to top it ALL off...the last day of our stay we had my day visiting in his wheel chair and our section of the hotel what papered and taped off (the ladies were very nice about it ) but still and then they were spraying texture in the hall until about 10 pm which was very noisy. Finally we were blasted out of bed in the morning of check out day which God awful fire alarms blaring for a good 15 minutes because they forgot to turn they off before they started to blast paint or texture or whatever they were doing ... Overall I am very disappointed in the experience and honestly galled that I had to pay an early check in fee and then had such an experience.

Disliked: Fire alarm at 4:00 am and no pool towels. My granddaughter said something bit her legs

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Dirty. We had a roach in our room and their appeared to be poop smeared on the bathroom door. There was only one half roll of toilet paper in each of our rooms. Bed was extremely hard and the pull out couch had no sheets. Our room also smelled like stale food.

Good for a night, longer...

Liked: Overall okay. It had the feeling of a suite, even if the room itself wasn’t all that big.
Disliked: The shower head was coming out of the wall, and the whole place just gave off the feeling of needing a deep renovation.
