The people were nice but...

Liked: Our first room smelled like smoke. We got a new room and the floor was broken and coming up. There was a white powder on floor from the broken/fixed floor. In the morning we noticed we had no towels in our room.The staff was great and helpful in every situation, but the facilities were honestly barely livable, and downright unacceptable for a place that people pay to go to.

Liked: Roach in the middle of the floor, old and dinge. 100% on the owners for not reinvesting into the property. Housekeepers and staff can only do so much. Carpets need to be cleaned, wall paper updated, chairs and couches cleaned. Breakfast reminded me back in the DoD days in the Middle East.
