Disappointing

The room should not be...

Liked: Couldn't use the bathroom. Ceiling leaking brown fluid in the restroom. Water in tub/shower would not turn off. Semen stain on the couch. Mold made me lose my voice only being in the environment for 10 hours. and the first front desk person only offered us a choice of disinfectant to cover up the smell instead of a new room at the sister property next door.

Liked: Location was convenient to everything we needed.
Disliked: The 6:30 AM start of construction/demolition! I stayed here 5 months ago and it was ongoing then too! When will the renovations be done? Talking with another guest and was told it has been over a year since they started but never really see the results? Bathroom & kitchen cabinets were dirty. Inside the kitchen cabinet under sink was a spill like old coffee that was never cleaned. Staff not very welcoming. Day shift Manager quite rude. Probably will not stay here again as there are many other choices. Pet policy is another reason, I'm usually never charged additional fees for my dog. I will book places that DO NOT ADD ON.

Bad night

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We found a bed bug then they told us they'd switch rooms and refund us the next day. The employee working was rude and asked questions over and over like are you having a party. No pets. No guest. The drawers were broken and walls dirty. It was not a good place to stay.

I wish i would have...

Disliked: The room was nasty. Don't waste your money. Food over the floor and counter. Microwave was nasty.

Very good

Liked: Very spacious room with full kitchen. Had indoor pool. The location was great because there is everything you could need right there.

Absolutely horrible

Liked: Location was fine but other than that there was nothing positive.
Disliked: Dirty room, strong odor, horrible pillows, bed hard as a rock, poor customer service, pool was very dirty, I could go on and on. We left at 1am we couldn’t stand it anymore.

Pleasant

Liked: The room overall was a good fit for us. I know the Hotel is under renovations and still have not touched most of it. Room was dated but it had the amenities we needed. We definitely loved that they had the indoor pool for Our Grandkids
Disliked: Hot water took forever to reach the temperature. Carpets in the hallway & stairwells were disgusting (again I saw they are working on improving it) According to another guest though this has been ongoing for a long time! The grounds are in need of a good clean up. Some scary stuff we came across outside that could be dangerous to pets or children.

will never stay here again.....

Disliked: the rooms were very dated, phones did not work, we ordered delivery that sat at front desk for a while as no one notified us. we booked for the pool which was freezing and not clean. the "breakfast" was only frozen muffins, pastries and toast... not hot options. will not stay here again. property was loud, could hear people upstairs... also it looked like it was under construction on half the building.
