This stay did not meet...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was not what I expected it to be in person. The room was MUCH smaller than expected and what was shown online. The room had a bad stench more specifically the bathroom it was horrible. It smelled like urine, sweat, and like a boys locker room. (This is the best description I think of). The staff was not very pleasant, welcoming, or kind. I went to ask for towels and the staff at the time (Wendy) would not provide them until I gave her the dirty ones, so I had to go back to the room to do so. I was on the first floor so no biggie but her tone is what I didnt appreciate and she couldve just given me the towels. Another staff member who's name I did not get, was at the front desk when I came in later one day during my stay, she did not greet me AT ALL. She actually avoide eye contact all together. I am not used to this. This stay just did not meet my expectations at all. I did not make a big fuss because I was in town due to the loss of my nephew and I did not haave the mental capacity to deal with it at the moment. But I wont stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Disliked: The floor was sponge like. We took a shower and staff knocked saying the roof below our room was leaking water.
