Disliked: My room I reserved was given away and the manager tried to convince me the room she gave us was an upgrade and infact it was not it was horrible

I was upset about my room experience

Disliked: I didnt like the fact that I reserved a double king bed room and ended up with a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch and the manager tried to convince me it was actually an upgrade when sleeping on the pullout couch was the most uncomfortable ever it was horrible infant it was not in upgrade they gave my room away what was my reservation for ?!?!?
