Worst experience at a hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Nothing special. It was cold and looked unappetizing
Disliked: The manager was not helpful to the customer or her staff. She was rude. We had a problem with our booking and had to pay 3x and we only needed 1 room. It was a mistake which booking was trying to correct but she would not cooperate and said we had to pay and that was that.
