Nice staff but do not...

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Pur original room was not cleaned or ready, so we were given another room. We did not like how the room was not cleaned before we got there. There were footprints all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom needed repairs to the vanity where part of the bottom trim was peeling off. The main door did not stay closed and would not lock. So, we had to call maintenance to come and remove the plate from the door frame in order to get the door to stay closed and lock. The kitchenette was dirty. Both of the microwaves and the dishwasher still had stains on the inside. There were stains on the couch and cushions. There were green stains all over the floor. The lampshade in between the beds was busted in a few places. The pillows were half the size of a regular size pillow. A car was stolen from the parking lot.

Not clean

Disliked: The first room smelled awful, staff was nice and gave another room. When I first pulled up they had a guy digging in the trash and acting strange. Pool was dirty as well.

Less than stellar experience.

Liked: I liked the proximity to downtown.
Disliked: This wasn't that great of an experience. While this staff was mostly cordial, they weren't exactly friendly. Be prepared to use single ply toilet paper. We also killed several roaches which was very concerning. Our bathroom door was damaged and would not close. I feel like for what we paid, there were definitely better options out there.

Unsatified. Not worth the price...

Liked: I was informed during check in that breakfast was until 10am. Missed it.
Disliked: The room smelled strongly of cigarrette! It was nauseating. Unfortunately there was no other room of the same features they could give me

Exceptional

Liked: It was a great suite. The hot breakfast was also good too.
Disliked: When we first arrived there was a Crack in the shower tile walls. When we checked out we reported it to the front desk, hopefully they don't charge us for it. The crack was there when we got in. The elevators were hot.

Liked: There was enough room for our larger family and was convenient to have an extra sink, along with the refrigerator.
Disliked: The hotel had a terrible stench as if there was rotting fish inside. It was as though someone had picked their nose and wiped it on the wall and nothing had been cleaned before we got the room.
