Liked: the room was modern, and clean. This is my 2nd stay and I was definitely happy to stay at MainStay Irving. Especially the room is designed with new and usefull appliances for the long term stay, I definitely suggest this hotel for a couple of day stays.
Disliked: My only discomfort was that when I returned to the hotel in the evening, the hotel surroundings and the parking lot smelled very bad. The slightly windy weather may have caused bad smells to be carried around, but it was really a terrible smell.

Great place to stay

Liked: Close to where we needed. Good price with great ratings. Nice big room with kitchenette.
Disliked: Road construction made getting in and out rough but not the property’s fault.
