Disliked: WiFi was horrible, mold in the bathtub- leaky faucet in the bathtub, no security bar on the door- loud neighbors - the pool was closed for the season- but not advertised as so- seating in the rooms was lacking…one chair for a roomful of people, didn’t feel particularly safe coming in at night- seemed to be a lot of questionable activity in the parking lot on a nightly basis, staff was not particularly helpful and at times, rude.

Disliked: False advertisement said pool was open and when we got there it was not. My son just completed 4 month of hard army training and I wanted a place for him to relax and this was def not the place. Front desk manager Rude then asked my son what kind of snacks they had in the room to share with her. People in parking lot asking my husband for money. Owner was rude said he never advertised open pool it clearly states pool is seasonal closed from oct 1 2023- March 30 2024. Waited for booking.com to respond what was going to happen and never did until the day we checked out. We were going to be refunded for the remaining 3 days 3 rooms so we could go elsewhere but we never heard back until end of our trip I would never stay there again

Disliked: Booking.com had the property listed with a pool which it was closed for season. The kitchen monitor that took care of breakfast stared you down the whole time you were trying to decide over the toast selection 1 bagel or 3 pieces white bread. Out of coffee this am very poor selection to say the least.
