Liked: Beds are super comfortable.
Disliked: Dirty pool, broken ice machine, broken elevator buttons, used Q tips from previous guests left under the vanity in our “clean” room, long black hair balls on floor and bed in room. Worst part- dead decomposing RAT behind my chair, in the rocks, by the pool. Ick.

Liked: A lot of parking, pool was open and pretty clean. Some of the staff members were great!
Disliked: Washer’s and Dryer’s were out of order. Keys must be replaced each time going outside of the hotel to the store, restaurant, or military base. Kitchen stove was dirty as well as having a timer to turn on the stove, which you must restart every 15 minutes. The barbecue pit that’s advertised is very false!!! As well as the seating area for the barbecue area.

Liked: Price was great the room was bigger then expected very clean. Staff was amazing very nice.
Disliked: One pillow had a hole in it besides that it was great

Disliked: They?Didn't have enough food in the morning for breakfast. They did not come in and clean our room at all. I had to take the trash out and put it in the hallway.

Liked: Location great. Breakfast good. The staff was over the top! Very warm and friendly yet professional!
Disliked: The room was NOT very clean! Spots on floor on backside near mirror. Tub had mold around the caulked joint areas. You could smell the mold upon entry of room. The bathroom mirror had spots of toothpaste. The tub AND plastic shower curtain had water spots indicating they had NOT been cleaned. NO vent blower in bathroom. Lower part of commode was filthy. Top of stove was dirty. The microwave was FILTHY AND disgusting. First floor was beautiful upon entry, but from elevator up to my room; NO A/C!!!! Along with that, the carpet in corridors had horrible spots THROUGHOUT! Housekeeping department need to be retrained on quality!!
