Not what I was promised

Liked: The check in staff was amazing. Very friendly. He informed me that I was misinformed that they didn't offer free breakfast as I was told. The only reason I booked was how close it was to where I needed to be and I wouldn't have to stop for breakfast
Disliked: The check out staff was not nice. Very rude. And I was lied to about free breakfast

Liked: Great customer service. The clerk at the desk was really sweet. She had a beautiful personality. She said she was new to the job but wouldn't have known because of her attentiveness. Y'all keep her.
Disliked: Nothing

horrible environment. there were people...

Liked: The bed was made pretty decent. I am pretty sure I was bitten by bed bugs from this room.
Disliked: The outside / landscaping was terrible. it really made the hotel feel less inviting. also, there was renovations going on and the esthetics were terrible as well. there were people who lived at the hotel (and it is not that big) that made us feel very uncomfortable. there were also addicts/homeless people sitting around outside the hotel that made us uncomfortable.

Will stay again when possible

Liked: Room was clean and spacious close to family
Disliked: The window in room was not working and could here the cars all night
