Pleasant and could be a...

Liked: Kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, recliner was used but very comfy, good space for your clothes, pet stations outside were well maintained, vacuum was easily available from the front desk, and the location was prime
Disliked: The TV could have been bigger, when I moved the recliner to get closer to the tv I found socks that didn’t belong to me and debris, all of the dishes/kitchen items I used had to be washed free of old food, wish the pillows were bigger, and the sink disposal had a mild smell

Disliked: Cockroaches, NO hot water for 4 days, elevator broken. The General Manager (woman) was so rude. Kicked my son out after he asked what the situation was with the hot water. She said “ if he didn’t like it, he could leave. As he was walking away from her, she came out of office to tell him she wanted him out in 15 minutes! Very unprofessional.

Disliked: Hot water tank went down and nobody notified us and they kept telling us hot water would be back on late evening and we went without water for 5 days. I asked if we would get compensate for the no hot water they said no because I booked thru 3 party.Thanks,

Disliked: Almost a week there was no hot water. Room cleaning once a week. Hallways were dirty.
