Liked: I like how they put me in an upgraded room after booking so many times .
Disliked: I didn’t like how they charge me twice for adding an extra day to my stay . They were giving me different reasons on why they charge me twice . Said something about a deposit but they already had a deposit of mine . I don’t like how the staircase will be slippery wet I almost fell down a case of stairs because someone wasted something and staff took a long time cleaning it up same with the elevator

Liked: There was no breakfast front desk staff was rude charged me $100 deposit that I haven’t received yet.
Disliked: I reserved 2 beds the staff gave me one bed went back down got another room 323 that didn’t have a microwave and the TV didn’t work moved to another room down the hall only for that tv not to work either I’m so disappointed I will never go back to the hillside location

Worst choice stay, look elsewhere

Liked: Location was good close to downtown
Disliked: Everything in the place is bad, room utility is broken and don't expect reception available for any questions. Worst stay for the price you pay.

Disliked: Fridge not the best but worth prices I paid online considering it has a kitchen and stove

Liked: The room had bed bugs and they did nothing about it, nor did they refund my money. I informed three front desk staff members.

Disliked: I went for a funeral. Rude staff. No coffee. Expired elevator certificate was from 2023. Writing on elevator. Stains on rug everywhere. Had to wait till next day for sheets

Liked: Property was close to great food, liquor stores, attractions about 20 to 30 mins because of traffic. Quiet place and very private
Disliked: You need more towels, like at least two or three sets for the 6 day stay. I love fresh towels but we washed what was there in the washer and dryer.
