Disrespectful

Liked: Clean and convenient to various attractions.
Disliked: Disrespectful front desk employees. Was told only what was registered on my confirmation could only swim and that birthday parties weren't allowed. Also the two employees talked amongst themselves after telling me what can't happen....1st off having a family of 6, **family** (not a friends birthday party), there weren't enough guest boxes to fill out. 2nd, if it was that big of deal, it should've been stated on the website. 3rd if it was that concerning to management then there needs to be better security, there were people sneaking in the back by dumpster to get to rooms and sneaking in via pool doors, why was it allowed for several guests to destruct the pool area to make it unsafe in and out of pool. If the employees enforce this "no one swims if not on confirmation," also Why was there a party allowed on the 2nd floor with their door decorated and kids yelling and screaming from there? If there's "no birthday/parties allowed," Why was my family singled out?

Liked: I liked that there was a full kitchen even though we didn’t use it
Disliked: The pull out couch looked like there were stains on it from someone having sexual activities and when we pulled up the lever for the shower the water from the shower head only sprayed water out a little bit and the water from the faucet was still coming out

Affordable, convenient to the locations...

Liked: The property is “tired “ . Appears to be understaffed.
Disliked: Not very clean, room had not been cleaned when we checked in.

Liked: I don't even get a room there although I booked a week before my trip
Disliked: I booked a room many weeks before the trip but didn't get room when I arrived

Liked: Check in went smoothly and it was very clean

Disliked: This hotel doesn’t sell great fresh breakfast but give orange and muffin as the muffins had mold and the hotel room had a weird smell as the bed was itchy and had blood stain from Previous guess as the pool was even more worst and gave everyone a head ache.

Only stayed cause of convenience....

Liked: The desk clerks were courteous. The lobby was clean. The location was convenient for me to get to work. I only stayed due to the inclement weather.
Disliked: Floors were filthy. Kitchenette was filthy. Bathroom fixtures falling apart from the wall. Hairdryer was broke. Shower and sink had hair in them. Towels looked dirty. Dishes were not put away. Stove had a burner broken. Garbage can was nasty underneath the can liner. No dish rag just dish towel. Fire alarms went off 2 times for no reason.

Liked: Comfortable, Nice for the price . Nice staff. I love the fact that everything was super close.

Liked: Was a great location for where we needed to be.
Disliked: Room was not very clean. Husband picked up the remote and his hand got sticky. Bedside tables had sticky spots. Refrigerator had baking soda (I hope that’s what it was) sprinkled all over so it was unusable. Kitchen chairs (that were actually rolling desk chairs) were filthy stained. “Breakfast” was coffee, juice, banana, apple, orange, and yogurt (but no spoons).
