Hotel was nice and convenient...

Liked: Convenient, comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a room and wanted to make sure I had 2 beds available. They initially informed me I had 1 queen bed only (and did not mention that the couch folded out into a bed). I explained I reserved a room with two beds. They changed my initial reservation (which did have the fold out couch), and put me in a handicap room with 2 queens. Then the next day, they told me I had to move out into another room because they had the handicap room reserved for someone else. We had to move out of the room to another - which is when they told me the couch did fold out into a bed. I explained the inconvenience and asked for a discount or something, as this was unacceptable to have to move. They said they already gave me a discount for the handicap room! THIS IS NOT RIGHT BECAUSE I DIDN"T ASK FOR THE HANDICAP ROOM, that is what they moved me into. Anyway, there was no negotiation - move out of the room to the new one. I was NOT happy with the way it was handled. Beds were a little worn out as well, had a dip in the bed.

Nice place to stay and...

Liked: The room was great with easy in and out. I was there for a medical procedure so they were able to give us a later checkout
Disliked: The heater/ac in room 112 sounds like it is on its last leg and dying. Made a terrible racket when it first started running
