Liked: Clean spacious
Disliked: Air conditioner wont work, no coffee pot to brew the 2 pods in room

Good stay at a fair...

Liked: Liked the mini kitchen area, sink, utensils, etc. Fair sized room. Location was good for easy access to what we needed to get done. Area of location is a new development on the east side of Casper WY.

This is a good value...

Liked: The kitchen in the room was perfect for my stay. Plus, a larger coffee pot.
Disliked: Front desk was doing some training but managed to speed things along.

Liked: Very clean and excellent customer service

Great place to stay

Liked: There was NO breakfast available during our stay.The TV/remotes were a little difficult to navigate. Was able to figure them out after about 30 min of pushing buttons.
Disliked: No phone in room to call front desk.No TV channel guide.

Disliked: I had to cancel one of the rooms for one of the guests we registered at the hotel for Friday night the 23rd. I have not received reimbursement for that room. please make this right . Thanks.

Disliked: I had multiple charges on my credit card that could not be explained as to what had happened.

Disliked: Pool was closed, and room was not ready we were given a key to a room that was occupied.
