My staying at Mainstay Hotel.8

Liked: Very crean, bed is comforter enough to rest. Staff very friendly and helpful.Just becouse of the staff I Will come back.
Disliked: Light on kitchen was very pale, could be better if provide an Led light. Ac too freezing, I turn it off and then room comes to Hot, there is no way to be a comfy climate inside the room, Bathroom is nice but Will be better if it would have a place to put the soap,shampoo,and wash towel inside the shower. Shower floor looks old and dirty,I washed it before taking a Shower but didn't work! It wasn't dirty, just looks dirty.!!

Perfect for extended stays and...

Liked: Rooms were large and functional for extended stays (working cooktop!).
Disliked: Smell of cooking in the in the hallways during meal times (which is to be expected for an extended-stay hotel).

We booked last minute after...

Liked: Front desk reception was exceptional! Accommodations for our family of four were more than ample.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was sufficient, but not dazzling. It would benefit from more options for travelers with dietary restrictions.

Disliked: there was a hypodermic needle left on carpet in front of couch. it stuck me in the foot.

Bad staff, unclean pots and...

Liked: It was very nice property with modern fittings and furnishings. It is recently built.
Disliked: Staff that was serving us was in a short leash, any thing that we requested had to be cleared by an off duty manager. They had zero customer service attitude. They were not accommodating at all. Pots and pans in the room were very dirty. When we requested for a replacement, they said they didn’t have any. The receptionist was asked to clean them for us. Also, they were not able to accommodate us in the same room when we extended the stay. The hotel was less than 70% full. So they had plenty of rooms. We had to move our hotel room three times during our 2 day stay. Staff was very unhelpful. Our rooms on the third floor had very bad fish smell. They moved us to a different room on the fourth floor and then again to another room on the third floor and they all had the same cooked fish smell. Stay away from this hotel. There are many other hotels in the area.
