Liked: Staff were stressed with the malfunctioning computer system, but they remained calm and pleasant and tried to address everyone's concerns in a timely manner.
Disliked: When I arrived for check-in the computer system was down and they had been working on it for awhile. The staff was pleasant and managing it the best they could, but there was a delay in getting checked in. There was then a longer delay in getting a key and since I had a dog with me I felt I needed to stay with him in the room instead of taking him for a long walk. The signage could be better to direct one to the front of the hotel. When you drive in you are actually at the rear of the building and there is an entrance there that cannot be accessed without a key.

Disliked: Room was not completely ready - the dishes were in the dishwasher, the trash cans were in cabinets(?) and the TV didn't work. A staff member came right away and replaced the TV.
