I didn’t stay.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact I booked a room and was charged for a room and when I arrived I wasn’t able to even get a room. Then to make matters worse I was given a room and when I walked in it was occupied. The possibility of something going wrong with me walking into someone’s room while they were sleeping is endless, plus I had my child. By the grace of god I was able to find another hotel to stay and they were able to void my payment.

Liked: Location. Clean. Great staff! Comfortable beds. Price with Bookings.com.
Disliked: Lack of kitchen utensils and old pots and pans1 full size glass. 1 tiny glass.

Superb

Liked: I would stay here again!! It was a very clean place that is pet friendly & they never had a problem with my Doberman.
Disliked: Location was great. I left my trailer behind my jeep all the time with no lock on it.

Privacy Concerns

Liked: Overall facilities and staff were okay.
Disliked: Hotel policy mandates to photocopy and retain the information on your driver's license. This is contradictory to all website information, including that of Choice Hotels (parent company) which states only having to show identification upon check-in. This leaves the traveler in a virtually untenable situation. They now possess and retain a trove of personal information without competent security protocols. I will never be subjected to this deceptive and invasive policy again.

Liked: The location was in a very nice area.
Disliked: The room card swipe lock on an exterior side door was broken and the door was not secured. The pillows were all fluff with no support. The room was very worn with mismatched paint covering repairs. The walls were thin allowing external noise to penetrate. The wall unit heater/ac unit was very loud.
