Nice, but next time will...

Liked: Wanted just a mini staycation for the family. Kids loved the slide.
Disliked: On slide was down. Breakfast the next morning was pretty picked over. Assume they had a busy weekend and probably ran out of food. However, think they should have been better prepared. Forgot an item. Took me 5 days to finally talk to someone who could help me.

Comfortable and quiet

Liked: Location and in a quiet area.Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: It was all good! No complaints!

Liked: It was very lovely. My room had some minor issues like the shower curtain wasn't even screwed on so that fell on my hubby. The lip for the shower was half way off so it was a massive trip hazard..the pool was very different it's three small square pools one is o think 3-5 ft and it's like a 6x6 and there's a 2ftx3.5ft 5x5 and same with the water slide area. Didn't care to have the breakfast area right in front of the pool kids hated the fact we wernt swimming so they didn't eat

Disliked: I booked rooms on Booking.com. Mainstay took my money, but did not give me a room.

Not great but a decent...

Liked: The staff was friendly and the rate was reasonable.
Disliked: First we were given a double queen room when we booked a king but the staff fixed that quick. The king room we got into was not the cleanest. There was trash left on the table by phone, there was a medicine wrapper on the floor by the nightstand closest to the window and a fake finger nail in the bathroom by the toilet. There was also a pink stain on the comforter that I am hoping was fingernail polish. Bed was also hard as a rock.

Disliked: The room had dated furniture, dated look, a nasty shower; and it smelled funny.

Liked: The lady on the front desk, for check-in, was very friendly and helpful. We had the disabled access room, and it was ideal for my needs. Very roomy and a large bathroom.
Disliked: It's hard to find fault with the hotel, but if I was to pick one thing, it would be the lack of Disabled parking.
