Wasn’t worth the stay!
Liked: Close to everything!
Disliked: Well for starts the room I was in had roaches and smelled like bug bomb! I complained and was given another room, that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Got the room, so I could enjoy the weekend by the pool and the pool was closed! Had to sneak into the hotels pool across the street! All in all wasn’t with the amount I payed for a weekend getaway! I could’ve saved the money spent on something else!

Liked: The location
Disliked: The manager’s lack of professionalism and inability to resolve issues without raising his voice, getting rude, then hanging up the phone on a customer, is a telling symbolization why this location is in such poor condition. The lobby, elevator, and hallway leading to the room reeked of marijuana , his response was “I can’t help what people do, “I have some spray”. The room was dirty to include the bathroom to the extent that hair and someone’s bottle of shampoo was left in the shower. His response to this issue was “well we supply large bottles of shampoo in the rooms , that could have been our shampoo and doesn’t mean it was dirty” What?! Needless to say, we did not and will not ever stay there. We were refused a refund for a four night stay due to not wanting to take a chance on getting another dirty room and continue to be exposed to the overwhelming fumes of marijuana, before he hung up the phone on me. Steven Roquemore needs some/more customer service training, for I would’ve understood if he said we will have to charge you for one night and refund the other nights, unfortunately , I experienced petulant responses and behavior. I also want to add that this occurred after trying to reach Steven from April 3, until finally speaking with him on May 30. He would not return any of my phone calls nor would he respond to booking.com. This place and this manager was not worth the hassle. I hope he uses the money he stole from us to begin to make some changes for the betterment of his establishment.
