Liked: Great location, easy to get to anywhere you need to near Main Street/campus. Pleasant staff. Room stayed cool with AC on.
Disliked: My shower door was completely off the track and wouldn’t open at all when I went to shower. Spent 10 minutes trying to fix it. There was rust running into the shower floor basin on the bottom track from corrosion. Black crud in the shower head that was blocking the water flow that I used a washcloth to wipe out. The drapes had been completely taken off track and I found the rollers hidden in the window sill so I had to put those back together. Old tissues behind the night stand. The lamp you had to find just the right click to get it to stay on when turning it on, slightest bump and it would go off. Pillows were very uncomfortable on the bed. Everything was clean just needs to be better maintained and probably updated. Also claims that rooms are soundproof are false. Heard multiple conversations very clearly from people in hallway/other rooms, heard toilets flushing and people moving around in other rooms.

Disliked: The heating unit in my room was very loud and I didn't get any sleep. The window in my room was covered in bird feces all over it, wasn't much of a view.

Liked: The Inn provided a lovely atmosphere with very friendly, helpful staff and convenient location to everything including direct access to parking lot behind building for those traveling with car which is important particularly in an area without a lot of parking.
Disliked: The Inn seems a little behind on maintenance, multiple light bulbs were out in the room, a towel rod was off alignment and didn't really work, all minor items that didn't hinder our stay too much, but still probably should be addressed.
