Needs Maintenance and Cleaning

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the sheets were crisp and clean. The motel's location is great, just a short drive to Cranbourne Botanical Gardens, and having an on-site restaurant was a convenient bonus.
Disliked: The motel is well-used and could benefit from a thorough clean and some basic repairs. Surfaces weren’t very clean, the bathroom fan leaked during rain, and neither the internet nor TV worked. With some care and attention, it could be a much more comfortable stay.

Liked: The Wifi not working is a big let down.

Disliked: The motel was well located, and the rooms well set out and sized but they were quite dirty. Sheets and towels were clean but a good scrub was needed

Surprising Facility

Liked: We had a few issues with our room but the staff quickly sorted it out. The accommodation was a great size.
Disliked: This accommodation would be amazing if some time and care was put into maintenance and upgrades.

Liked: It was within walking distance of the town centre
Disliked: The room looks NOTHING like the photos! Massively run down and shabby, air conditioners hanging out of walls, bathroom door completely broken, cooking facilities but no cooking items. Everything felt sticky and dirty, the bathroom and shower wall were covered in hair. Room designed for three, but one or two only sets of glasses, plates etc. In room menus for the onsite Chinese restaurant but you have to order and collect from them. Overall a complete lack of service and care from staff.
