Awful

Liked: The location was good. Not far to walk to fistral Beach.
Disliked: The room was ridiculously hot! No air-conditioning. Asked at the front desk for a fan, which they didn't have, and the shower had no pressure at all and only ran cold water. Paid for a two night stay and only stayed one night as the room was so uncomfortably hot we couldn't bear another night in there.Would not recommend staying here during the warmer months unless you like sleeping in an oven and having cold showers.

Liked: The staff! They was really pleasant and helpful, room was very clean and location perfect.
Disliked: The only thing I would recommend would be a fan in the room, but it was hotter than Satan’s ballsack outside.

Good for a night

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel recently after a long 27-hour journey, and I must say the staff were absolutely fantastic. They welcomed me warmly and even managed to get me into my room a little early, which I really appreciated. Their helpfulness was a highlight of my stay and made a great first impression.The location is also very convenient – close to everything I needed, which made getting around easy.However, I do feel the rooms are in need of some TLC, especially considering the price (£70+ per night). My room felt a bit rough around the edges: there were bits of wood holding the bathroom door runners together, and the space was very small – as someone who's 6ft tall, I struggled to move around comfortably in the bathroom. Even opening the curtains to enjoy the view was awkward, and I noticed a mug just sitting on the roof outside, which didn’t exactly add to the experience.Overall, while the staff were brilliant and the location is good, the condition of the rooms doesn’t quite justify the price. With some updates and attention to detail, this place could be great – but right now, it feels a bit overpriced for what

Expensive for what it was....

Disliked: Poor parking facilities. Multiple cars parked out front in a manner that took up two spaces. Staff should enforce better parking so more customers can park on site. I had to park off site on a street.Arrived as a late check in, waited at front desk for 15-20min for a staff member who was on a maintenance walk.Wifi password did not work. Tried multiple variations of what was shown on the Guest info laminated print out. It stated password was: No Password*Attempted with/without space, lowercase, uppercase. Called reception no answer. Text the number given for the night porter. No response to date.£77 for a single bed small room with stained carpets and a matress that died decades ago was very steep.

Disliked: The room was like a was way to hot. And could barely sleep.

The service was not worth...

Liked: The fact that it was central
Disliked: We stayed 4,nights not even our bedding was changed considering how the weather was .when requested for change of the bed the response we got was we do not change beds , we requested for sheet to change on our own the house keeping staff did not give us later on we told the receptionist they gave us the sheet. Breakfast First night we missed it The other day we stayed no breakfast was served we were told it was cancelled we ended up not having any breakfast the whole time we stayed there .

Liked: Lovely place, great staff, very helpful, comfy bed and clean rooms
Disliked: No air con and shower was poor, but as we were only there for 3 nights, we got through it
