Disliked: Cigarette smoke odor in roomLobby and lounge needs remodeling in disrepairLightbulbs burned out in bathroom a lot of broken pieces and plumbing and tub bathroom door doesn’t even shut and lock, window curtains, ripped, elevator, sounds like a jackhammer, vagrants perusing the parking lot, entire abandoned hotel, directly across the street. All the original windows are in the building and are foggy, rusty, and cloudy. Pool and spa or decent, but all original and need updating. They should definitely hire a full-time maintenance man to do simple minor repairs. Entire front desk staff is all Indian students, some friendly, some not.

Disliked: The bathroom had mole on ceiling and where the bathroom fan was supposed to be it was just a empty space in ceiling the bathroom sink stayed stopped up and housekeeping needs to clean better.

Good

Liked: The staff. Very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us. It seemed to be close to almost everything we had planned to do. The price was good.
Disliked: The condition of the place wasn't quite what the pictures made it out to be. The building looks worn out, but it's just a place to sleep. If you're on vacation you spend most of your time away from the hotel. Thus was not a game changer as I would gladly stay here again.

Disliked: The toilet would overflow when flushed.When brought to the management's attention, their response was her is a plunger for you to use! Facility had a musty smell; also, the building was rundown!

Clean but badly needs updates

Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Clean sheats. Good a/c. Quiet
Disliked: Room smelled like feet. Drain plug in the sink and bath were broken. Rust in the bottom of the tub. Shower drain was slow. Window shades were tattered. None of the apps on the tv worked. Only local channels. Hard bed. No pillow case for extra pillow for the pullout.
