Rude employee, very unclean but...

Disliked: disgusting dirty. someone?s hair extension was on the floor. the pull out couch was super gross. I took pictures if you?d like to see them. cell # 512-626-7666. I took the sheets that I was going to put on pull out couch and the front desk person handed me a bag snd told me to put them in there. ,in front of other customers- she made me feel like I was a bad little girl the way she talked to me) very demeaning with 3 people watching. told me we could discuss the issues with the dirty couch at a later time.

Disliked: This hotel is old, very old. You can't tell from the pictures. Lobby and hallway had bad smell, like ammonia, mold and moth balls.
