Liked: Location was convenient ,if you book online it’s way cheaper then calling
Disliked: The room hadn’t been used when you turn the water let it run because the pipes were full of rust. The toilet was rust water in the sink had all kinds of all grown over stuff in it. Computer like an ATM machine not cool. There was no breakfast. No phones in the room to contact like when the TV didn’t work connected to a power cord that also ran the refrigerator the company have on site to be able to go check the stuff out upon arrival

Liked: It had a very convenient downtown location
Disliked: The parking lot was very dark, there were no functioning outdoor lights at all, the bathroom floor had dried pee on the floor by the toilet (in front, where people would step, I'm not being petty here), heat/ac unit was covered in dust and dirt (tho it did work), the water came out of the faucets brown, and it was a very worn, dated room. I wouldn't stay here ever again and the prices are way too high for what you get, a dirty old room.

Liked: There was no breakfast, which was disappointing.
Disliked: For the second time, in two years, our room keys stopped working before the end of our stay. No one answered at the automated kiosk, which was frustrating. I am not happy that you no longer allow pets. You also should offer breakfast. There was no designated handicapped parking spaces, which seems illegal. My dad is disabled, and should have had designated parking.

Very disappointing

Disliked: Fridge and microwave did not work in our room and the room was freezing cold on arrival. Was given a second room that was also freezing, the light switch either didn’t work or the lights were burnt out and there were dirty towels in BOTH rooms. Went back to the first room given and someone came and helped with the heat. Overall still very disappointed with our stay especially for the price.
