I’m staying somewhere else next...

Liked: The only thing I really liked was the convenient location to my race site. To be fair, check in was easy, the hot water worked, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Where should I start.1) My room was in the building closest to the Mercury Blvd. Talk about a sleepless night. You can hear everything from that road.2) For $136 a night, the room could have been cleaner. Tables hadn’t been cleaned, nice McDonald’s wrapper behind the night stand, and there was a funny smell to the room. Thankfully I always bring something to freshen a room wherever I stay.3) For $136 a night, I expect the coffee maker to have a filter basket and caffeinated coffee. 4) The pillows sucked. It was like resting your head on a pillow case filled with 50 feathers (I’m exaggerating but you get the point).4) At checkout, staff was dressed in her best relaxing casual sweatpants. I’m all about being comfortable but come on… you’re in the business of hospitality. Look the damn part. Plus, never got my receipt. She told me the computer was being audited. I asked for it to be emailed to me. I wrote it down on the room card sleeve and she said it would be emailed immediately after the audit. That was yesterday. Still waiting.
