Poor - 1.0 out of 5

I will never stay in that hotel again, nor do I recommend anyone else to.

Liked: The only good thing I can say about our stay at the hotel was how close we were to our concert venue.
Disliked: Well, the hotel we thought we were staying out, formerly known as the Best Western, was no longer the BW. It was some "Grand Magnuson". As soon as we pulled up to the hotel we could see construction going on in the front lobby, which was not a big deal. However, you could barely make it to the front desk without walking on the tiles that were apparently not supposed to be walked on. Once we got to the front desk, a woman "greeted" us, with an attitude. We had booked our two rooms upon arriving but she "couldn't find them". We showed her our confirmation emails for both rooms, she still said we did not book it. So whatever, we asked her to go ahead and book the rooms and we would pay for them. We also asked to be in the two rooms next to one another. She said she would put us together. As we were walking away from the front desk, keep in mind there were no arrows or signs saying not to walk on the tiles, and honestly nowhere else to walk but on said tiles. So we walked on it to get to our rooms and the woman apparently said "DON'T WALK ON THE TILES" in front of the two people behind us. She was very nasty and rude the entire time and she did not put us in two rooms next to one another. The hotel was disgusting. Our room wasn't too bad, however, the bathroom plumbing looked like it was ripped out of the wall. Our friends on the other hand were not so fortunate. Their room smelled of cigarette smoke and urine. Absolutely disgusting. The free breakfast was stale, and in a Thai "restaurant" attached to the hotel. Luckily, we were hardly in the hotel because we were in town for a concert. I'm glad we didn't stay longer. I would recommend ConcertHotels take this "hotel" off their list. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Sara, Canonsburg, visiting Historic Crew Stadium Mon, 23 May 2016

My visit was alright. We weren't in the hotel most of the time, obviously because of Rock on the Range. However, our toilet wasn't working for 2 out of 3 days. Went to the front desk the first night TWICE. It took 2 hours until a maintenance guy showed up, when we were about ready to go to sleep. The next morning, the toilet stopped working again so I went down and asked if they could fix it. Sent someone up within 5 minutes. Went to the concert, came back, and the toilet wasn't working again. Went down AGAIN (that's 4 times, since my roommate also went down to ask the first night after I had already brought up the issue), and this time they FINALLY fixed it. However, no discount or anything of the sort was offered. I feel if I've gone down 4 times to fix a toilet during my 2 night stay, something should've been offered to me. Even if it was half off breakfast or dinner or something, that would've sufficed. Also, they have a pool. On Saturday, the guest directory stated it was open from 8am-10pm. We were there for 30 minutes and at 9pm, the front desk guy said we had 5 more minutes before they closed. I told him "I thought the pool closed at 10 on Saturday?" And he denied. Kinda strange to me, but whatever. Other than that, our room was nice. Would NOT go back here again, though. And I would not recommend.

Liked: The room itself was nice. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our toilet didn't work. Went to the front desk 3-4 times. Got kicked out of the pool an hour before it was listed to close.

Exceptional - 5.0 out of 5

Leslie, Clarksville, visiting Historic Crew Stadium Mon, 23 May 2016

Reservations made several months in advance; my daughter and I were attending a very large concert in Columbus (Rock on the Range). The staff was so accommodating-we were able to check in 3 hours earlier than expected - everyone was so polite and friendly also. I will definitely stay here again if we get to go to the concert again next year!

Liked: Polite staff; very clean; very accommodating!
Disliked: No complaints! I do wish there was a shuttle service of some kind; would've made traveling much easier in an area I was not familiar with.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Connie S, Grand Rapids, Ohio, visiting Villa Milano Columbus Mon, 11 August 2014

Upon arrival I wasn't greeted as I stood at the front desk and when I was the gentleman there was borderline rude. Very unprofessional and not a bit pleasant. It was like I was an inconvenience to him.

Disliked: Loud people in the hall way after 1:00 a.m, slamming doors; black pubic hairs in my bed; unfriendly reception at check in.
