Liked: Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about my stay. This is by far the worst hotel/motel I have ever visited.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I witnessed suspicious activity outside the rooms, including what appeared to be a drug deal. The area felt unsafe and unsanitary, with trash visible under the stairwells and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property. My room was in poor condition: the deadbolt didn’t work, requiring staff assistance to enter; the furniture was broken; the bed sheets were stained; and there was dried blood in the bathroom sink. The privacy curtain was ripped, and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mildew. Only one light worked, and I found dead cockroaches in the drawers and under the bed. As someone with military experience, I can confidently say this was the most unsanitary and poorly maintained place I have ever stayed. This property should be inspected by health authorities, as it poses a serious risk to guests.

Disliked: I would not recommend this hotel. Upon check-in, I was not informed about the deposit fee — I only found out when I asked. I was told the deposit would be reimbursed to my card, but it has been over three weeks and I have yet to receive it. Attempts to contact the hotel have been unsuccessful, as the manager is consistently unavailable.The room itself was disappointing. There was no soap provided, a used toilet paper roll was left on the floor, and no new rolls were available. The towels provided were very small, and the heating in the room was inadequate — it remained uncomfortably cold throughout my stay.For $82 a night, I expected far better. I’ve stayed at more affordable hotels that offer much cleaner, more comfortable accommodations and better service. Unfortunately, this property did not meet even basic expectations.

I would stay again and...

Liked: Honestly I stayed here as a child and youth and was quite surprised on how it is turning around. The property management is putting forth a positive effort and encourage ones to continue to move in forward progress.
Disliked: I wanted more towels and hygiene however my trip was very very unexpected
