We plan on coming back
Liked: The bed was great, the room was very clean, the bathroom was awesome. Great shower.
Disliked: Just the location. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. First checked in was actually a little bit worried since it seemed like a hotel where people rented rooms monthly. Ended up being very, very nice. Only suggestion is you really need to paint and refinish the steps going up to room 123, and tighten the railing. It is loose

The hotel was I expected...
Liked: I was billed over $200.00 for the security deposit and it took 5 days to get my deposit back.
Disliked: SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGE!!!

Disliked: $220.00 charge on my credit card for "incidentals". checked out on the 2nd did not cancel the charge until the 8th kept $20.00 they claim is on the web site, not mentioned at check in. Heater in room in disrepair. towels and linen threadbare. I will never stay there again.

This hotel is nice and...
Liked: The location was great, the staff was great, the breakfast was very good, the amount paid was worth it, even though it was pricy at that weekend, but understandble as there was a graduation at SUU and the city was full.

Green and comfortable a good...
Liked: The room was comfortable and clean lacked enough electrical sockets. I did not like a fee for checking in after 2 PM. I did not like the early 10:30 AM check out. I wasn’t crazy about the few steps you had to take to get up into the room. I have trouble with my knees.
