Great place in a great...

Liked: We loved the place very much. Very modernized and staff was really nice and helpful. Had some AC issues, but the front desk was able to fix that for us. Great size for us 3 and the surrounding spots are amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Disliked: Parking can be crowded if you arrive late so don't miss out on your parking. One thing I noticed, but this is just me nit-picking, the floors didn't seem mopped when walking barefoot. Our room had hardwood floors. Not sure if it's like that in all rooms.

Terrible service and dirty rooms.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. It was disgusting.
Disliked: Upon check in, the room was not clean. You could see debris on the floors, the walls were dirty, the TV screen was dirty, and the bedding looked dirty. We stayed there for seven nights and upon returning for the evening on our second night, the beds were not made nor were the floors cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask about room service, the attendant told me that cleaning is only done upon request. I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to request that my room be cleaned. The next day upon returning to my room for the night, I noticed that the beds were not fully made again. I went to ask why and if the sheets had been changed and was told that they are only changed once a week and that the beds were not made because they had no time to do it because they were short staffed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing!

Liked: Really nice property! In the heart of Anaheim and very close to everything we needed to get to. Staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious and accommodating to fit our large group.

Would not stay again.

Liked: Location. Staff was very efficient. Rented 6 rooms. Easy check in.
Disliked: NO safety door lock from inside. Dirty floors, clean feet black if walked barefoot in room. NO ICE! No hot water in two rooms one morning. Dirty bathroom wall. Bathroom shelf unsteady, no usable bathroom counter space. NO drawers. Parking spaces very tight. And limited. We’re warned two nights before stay that may be sent to local public parking.

Liked: Seemed like a recently renovated motel turned hotel. Everything look basically new and updated
Disliked: Walls are thin and you could hear eveything going on outside. We were to able to hear some cats in the early morning as well.

Disliked: The walls are paper thin, and the girl at the desk purposely but us next to Girl Scouts that she knew were going to be loud. They slammed the door all night at talked right out side the door all morning
