Liked: Nice staff, clean rooms, great water pressure
Disliked: No refrigeration available in a city of food. Placed a hold on my card for the full amount even though I already paid through booking

Liked: Loved the hard wood floors and big screen TV. The bathroom was modern and what I expected. The bedding was comfortable and the lighting was different than what I expected which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The restaurant seemed to not be fully operational.

Liked: Front desk staff was fantastic. Brianna was especially helpful answering questions regarding local restaurants and getting a taxi for us to the cruise port. Location to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, etc was very close and easy to walk to. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to New Orleans.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in was super easy and quick. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Liked: location from Bourbon street is perfect, the staff were amazing a special acknowledgement to Gwendolyn, Miss Debbie, and Terry who do everything to be helpful, friendly and a great job! Miss Debbie does a great job with the complimentary breakfast... sure wish her biscuit sandwiches were out more and more!
Disliked: Would love it if there was a cafe up and running
